Center for foster care and adoption Novi Sad

On Thursday, November 4, 2025, at the premises of the Center for Foster Care and Adoption in Novi Sad, a training titled 'Foster Care and Nurturing the Mental Health of a Vulnerable Child' was held, attended by the Center’s employees. The main goal of the training was to provide a closer understanding of concepts such as trauma, mental health, and reflexive functions in the context of caring for children in foster care. Through practical examples and interactive tasks, participants had the opportunity to deepen their support skills in working with foster parents. The training was conducted by the foster care advisors of the CFCA Novi Sad: Dragana Stanković Gaić, Ivana Džigurski, and Aleksandra Stepanov.
