A workshop was held for young people within the program "Improving the employability of young people through work practices"


UNICEF Serbia, in cooperation with NAPOR - the National Association of Youth Work Practitioners, with the aim of supporting the social and economic inclusion of young people, launched a program for young people entitled "Improving the employability of young people through work practices". On Wednesday, August 24, 2022. in the hall of the Children's Village in Sremska Kamenica, a workshop for young people was held as part of the mentioned program. The workshop was attended by 18 participants, and the group was mixed (young people from family care who are in the process of becoming independent, students, final year high school students, faculty assistants, interns).
The workshop was led by Mladen Ilić from NAPOR and Vesna Dražeta from UNICEF, and in front of CPSU NS, all present were greeted by the director, Ivana Koprivica. The goal of the program is to make training available to young people through which they can develop knowledge and skills that are in demand on the labor market. As part of the program, the online platform I choose success was created, which is open to all young people and employers, and young people are given the opportunity to attend free online training and work practice. The goal is to encourage progress on a business and personal level.
